The Amalfi Coast (Costiera Amalfitana) is an Italian experience that is a must in everyone’s lifetime. You may take a boat from the quay at Positano and visit the Grotta delle Matera. Matera is one of the oldest cities in the world where homes were carved out of the soft limestone to make a community of caves. These stone-age caves are UNESCO World Heritage site, the Sassi have been beautifully restored by philanthropist Daniele Kihlgren. Also you may to stop at the three rocky and lonely small islands Gallo Lungo, Rotonda and Castelluccio known as (Li Galli).
