The materials we need are (as shown in photo):
• Fresh green leaves (the size you want or depend on for the purpose you want).
• Air dry Clay.
• A loop Precision.
• Craft Cutter (or any kind of cutter that you may have at home).
• Varnish.
• Brush.
Step 1:
spread a small piece of clay using the roller to be extend in a thin layer. How much thinner the layer of clay depend on for the purpose you want. The more thin layer of the clay the more leaf the more natural result you get. But be careful not to go too thin.
Step 2:
put the leaf with its rough surface facing the over the mass of just modeling clay. Be sure that all edges of the sheet are within the area of the clay.
Step 3:
Utilized roller to gently press the fresh leaf on the clay evenly this will pick up the finest details.
Step 4 :
Cut and trim around the edge of the shape with a cutter. Take care not pose your hand on the pattern; otherwise it will be marked.
Step 5:
Once we have trimmed our model leaf, put it into a wide enough bowl carefully.
This will give the natural and gradual curves of the edges of a natural leaf.
Let it dry overnight. Remove the model leaf from the bowl, but be sure that it has hardened to 100 %.
Step 6 :
Varnish the dry clay with two or three layers to protect from damage and giving it its stains. Each layer should be dried completely before applying the next layer.
